Skill changelog

Every release. Every change.

Current version: v0.5. The skill ships on a published cadence; version notes live here.

v0.5 Production-ready

  • Targeting Foundation added as a new architectural tier preceding the 3×3. ICP qualification (Market × Persona × Channel), GTM strategy derivation (GTM = f(ICP, product/service)), and stakeholder identification now run before any operational protocol.
  • Operating Tempo principles surfaced as explicit doctrine — move with speed, be proactive — already implicit in the Velocity Engine and the thesis-first replacement of discovery.
  • Hallucination Protocol added under Ethics Constraint Layer. Every numeric claim is traceable to a cited source (KNOWN) or labeled with confidence (INFERRED). Unsourced numbers presented as KNOWN are a Red Light violation.
  • Doctrine Constraint Layer added parallel to the Ethics Layer. Operator instructions to bypass the doctrine — skip movements, remove labels, ignore the Pride Test — surface the cost of the bypass and either require confirmation or refuse.
  • Stakeholder profiling expanded with the User/Buyer/Sponsor/Enabler taxonomy and the Incentive/Constraint Framework (monetary / time / risk / feasibility) — the inputs that make hyper-personalization actually land.
  • Dual-frame value-proposition framing operationalized. Cost of Inaction + Value of Action, both sourced, both anchored in the buyer’s named position. The FUD test (six observable indicators) gates every framing before delivery.
  • Four operational capability protocols added: live-deal coaching, disqualification analysis, thesis revision, cross-functional convergence orchestration.
  • Workflow Enforcement section added: pre-step targeting and movement diagnosis verification before any operational protocol runs. Quality gates surface results without imposing hard ship/no-ship rules — ship/revise/escalate decisions belong to the LLM and the user.
  • thesis-protocol.md expanded with Data Acquisition Protocol (seven-priority source guidance), per-market-type Value-at-Stake recipe (B2B Enterprise / Mid-Market / SMB / B2C), and Bridge anatomy.
  • All numeric performance claims tagged [design target] with the upgrade path tied to charter cohort field deployment against v0.7. Brand-integrity pass: all ISM-specific framing removed; Cultural Intelligence stereotypes replaced with cross-cultural research reference.
  • examples/first-prompts.md added — vetted starting prompts for new practitioners covering targeting, account-level work, stakeholder work, pipeline, coaching, thesis revision, and convergence.

v0.4 Charter draft

  • First public release tracked publicly. Full Context Stack assembly across all five layers.
  • Ethics Constraint Layer hardened: red/yellow/green light enforcement now happens before any text generation.
  • Value provocation template stabilized at five components (signal, hypothesis, evidence, value at stake, bridge).

v0.3 Internal beta

  • Deal scoring module added: velocity, wait states, movement gaps.
  • Stakeholder profiling expanded from two layers to five.

v0.2 Internal alpha

  • Thesis generation extracted into a standalone protocol.
  • Pride Test introduced as a hard filter on every artifact.

v0.1 Origin

  • First runnable version. Movement diagnosis and basic outreach drafting only.
